I want to come alongside you as a wounded healer, guiding, encouraging, and rooting for you on the path toward connection with yourself and those you love.
Hi, my name is Jamie Haigh, and I work with clients from all over the greater Nashville area, but I love it here in Columbia. I am passionate about creating a safe space where clients can engage with their stories. I believe that engaging with the particularities of our stories illuminates the path toward healing. I combine a strengths-based approach from solution-focused therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy and experiential therapy based on the needs of the client. I work with clients aged 14 and up, and I work with both men and women. I am passionate about working with individuals battling addiction, depression, anxiety, broken relationships, and those engaging with their emotions for the first time.

“Self-care is making the choice to build a life that you do not regularly need to escape from.”
-Brianna West
I have a firmly held belief that everyone deserves to not just survive life, but fully participate in it. One of the most important factors of success in therapy is your relationship with the counselor. It is a big reason why finding a counselor who is a "good fit" is an important decision. That important decision can seem paralyzing but know that I am here to walk alongside you in any way that I can as you build the life that you want. As a counselor, my commitment is to provide a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your challenges, discover your strengths, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth in the pursuit of a life that you do not need to regularly escape from.

“If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, spring would lose its loveliness." - St. Thérèse of Lisieux
Hello! My name is Grace Tierney, and I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique healing process. I use evidence-based practices, including EMDR to help process and move through painful experiences.
Trauma doesn’t just affect our thoughts and emotions — it also lives in the body. It can create physical tension, emotional overwhelm, and a sense of disconnection from one’s body. I support clients in gently exploring how trauma may be stored in the body, helping to rebuild a more trusting and grounded relationship with themselves.
I believe in a structured treatment approach that’s focused on specific, meaningful goals. This allows therapy to remain purposeful and supportive, with a clear sense of direction while still honoring each client's pace and process. My work is grounded in the understanding that many emotional and physical challenges are rooted in deeper experiences that deserve attention and care. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing can unfold—where you can reconnect with your sense of self, build resilience, and move toward lasting change.
Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I'm here to walk with you in that process.
